FROM THE EAST (BOURGAS DIRECTION)

Follow the signs for Sofia along the New Motorway from Bourgas, until you reach Karnobat

At the very end of the Motorway start signalling Left.

Once you see the distinctive hill in the distance, with the masts, you know the end of the Motorway is approaching.

Turn Left at the first Junction signposted Dragantzi  (watch the loose stuff on the exit slip road, as it tightens up on you) !

Carry straight on through the Village of Dragantzi to the next village of Ekzarh Antimovo. Towards the end of the village, after the square on your left there is a left hand turning poorly marked Cherkovo in Bulgarian.

Turn left at the sign for Cherkovo then continue for about four miles watching for the pot-holes and the two humps !

When you see the big Corporation Building on the left Turn Right at the junction at the rusty sign in Bulgarian for Cherkovo.

Follow the rough road downhill until you see the bridge ahead Turn Left at this junction.

‘Bedlam’ is the white bungalow, third house on the left in 50 metres. Turn left to park in front of the house.

Well Done !

Lessons are held normally in the house with the balcony in the village square, which is back over the bridge, unless informed otherwise.

FROM THE WEST (SOFIA DIRECTION)

Follow the signs for Bourgas, until you reach Karnobat ( don’t be tempted to turn off before you reach Karnobat as there is a sign that only goes to the Winery )!

Basically stay on the main road until you see the town of Karnobat with it’s distinctive hill with the masts on and wind generator. When you reach Karnobat ignore the signs for the Town and follow the signs for Bourgas. The road sweeps uphill towards the masts, which should be on your left. Follow this road around the hill side which goes left and then right. Carry on past the effluent works on your right. The road then levels out  and you can see a long straight ahead. The turn off you want is right at the end of the straight. Turn Right at the Junction signposted Dragantzi (watch the loose stuff on the exit slip road, as it tightens up on you) !

FROM THE SOUTH  (YAMBOL DIRECTION)

From Yambol follow the signs for Bourgas heading East towards Sredets

After the villages of Voinika and Zornitsa and before you reach Zagortzi and Svetlina  Turn Left at the junction marked Karnobat

Now proceed on this road (which is poor in some of the villages) so take care of the potholes ! Go through the villages of Malina and Zhitosvyat and finally to the next village of Ekzarh Antimovo. In the centre of the village and before you get to the square on your right, here is a Right Hand turning (watch the big pot hole ) poorly marked Cherkovo in Bulgarian.
